Do you need transportation while your vehicle is being repaired?

By choosing a c.a.r shop VALET facility, you’ll get guaranteed repairs, and help meeting your transportation needs.

Once the repairs begin, VALET facilities will help you get to where you need to go. If you purchased ICBC Loss of Use coverage and need a rental car, the VALET facility will help you make the necessary arrangements.

What is VALET service?

For your convenience, VALET facilities can drop off a courtesy car at your home or business, and pick up your damaged vehicle to begin repairs. They’ll also deliver your vehicle back to you when they’ve completed the repair. All of this at no additional charge.

Please note that VALET service is available during the repair facility’s hours of business and within 30 km of the facility.

Having the following information ready will help:

• your vehicle licence plate number
• the driver’s licence number of the person driving your vehicle
• the licence plate and driver’s licence numbers of the other vehicle(s) involved
• where the crash happened
• when the crash happened
