I was rear ended in my new car and, after getting through ICBC that morning I was able to have my car evaluated at auto industry within 2 hours and repaired starting 4 days later. Everything was so clear, so easy, so well done that I was very pleasantly surprised at how it all worked out. My car was returned in new car condition on time and without one hitch.

I actually just wanted to take this opportunity to share some very positive feedback that I hope would make it's way to your Corporate Office because I feel the person whom I've dealt with also deserves the recognition! So allow me to share my story… When I had an issue with my car (i.e. Grille had to be replaced due to some damages caused by rock chips) ICBC told me go and look at their list of accredited Auto Body shops in their website so I went ahead and looked and saw that there was a wide list indeed. But being wary of big corporations that usually end up treating me like any other transaction, I did my homework and tried to look for one that had good reviews and feedback from other people on Google based on their own experiences and therefore ended up signing up with AutoMind and boy was it one of the best decisions I've ever made! When I called to set up the appointment with Carol Sanford (who became my Service Advisor throughout the entire experience) I immediately got the sense that the service was going to be different and true enough what happened next went way above and beyond my expectations! 'Cause by the time the work was done and after the grille had already been replaced (which in itself went very smoothly and efficiently), when I pointed out what appeared to be a cosmetic defect with the new grille that they had replaced it with, Carol immediately set things in motion to have yet another grille shipped to replace the supposedly "new" one that Audi ended up sending over. Throughout the journey, Carol was an exceptional Service Advisor and was such a pleasure to work with! Not only was she very courteous and friendly but she also treated me with a lot of respect and acted with a lot of professionalism and integrity (i.e. when she said "she treats customers the way she herself would like to be treated" she really meant it and followed through on her word!) Working for the Customer Service industry myself, I'm a big believer in company culture and often wondered at times whether the overall goodness in an organization is brought about by the culture the company creates for itself or whether it's because of the individuals that work for them that enact those values each and every day… well, this is one clear example of both! Overall, I would highly recommend AutoMind for any Auto Body Repair shop your car may need! And if you're ever in Abbotsford, look for Carol as you'll soon find there's no other business partner you'd rather work with if you would like to be treated like a VIP!
